About This Experience
Spend a full day exploring two remarkable coastal ecosystems: Arabuko-Sokoke Forest and Mida Creek.
The adventure begins with hotel pickup in the early morning, when bird activity is often excellent.
We travel to Arabuko-Sokoke Forest for a combination of a guided nature walk and game drive. The forest provides an opportunity to explore one of Kenya's important coastal forest ecosystems while searching for birds and observing the surrounding wildlife and vegetation.
Around lunchtime, we leave the forest and travel to Mida Creek, where you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, take a short time to relax before continuing to the creek for an afternoon of birdwatching focused on wetland and wader species.
